PRIVACY STATEMENT

Opera Fresca recognizes that privacy is important. We safeguard your personal information by utilizing SSL (secured socket layer) encryption methods to transmit your credit card data for automated payments for both donations to our organization and for the purchase of tickets to our events. Your personal data is only used for this purpose. We will not dell your personal information to any third parties.

 

DELIVERY

Tickets and subscriptions are charged directly at the time of your completion of the online order form. Your electronic receipt is your confirmation of the completed transaction. If purchasing tickets to an event, please keep this confirmation and bring it to the venue box office on the day of the performance. If misplaced, we will also have a confirmation of your ticket purchase at the will call window.

For your sponsorship or general donations, this email confirmation can be used as a tax-deductible receipt. If you require an additional receipt for tax purposes, please contact us directly by phone or email.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All donations and ticket sales are final. No refunds are available. If for any unforeseen reason you cannot attend a performance for which you have paid, you can utilize that payment as a tax-deductible donation. On an as available basis, tickets may be able to be exchanged for another performance date. This must be done no later than 24 hours before the performance for which you have tickets. Please contact the box office to arrange for this possible exchange. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. You may also email us with your requests or concerns.
